Cancellation request
Requests must be sent from the booking email with the booking ID. Gateway charges are non-refundable.
Standard cancellation slabs
More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund, unless a package-specific policy states otherwise.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and generally reflect within 5–10 business days.
